Constellation Energy provides energy products and services to both “wholesale and retail electric and natural gas customers.” The company has generating units around America and Canada of around 8,900 megawatts generating capacity. As well, it provides electricity and natural gas in Central Maryland via the Baltimore Gas and Electric Company and is “among the leaders pursuing the development of new nuclear plans in the United States.” The company’s values are: “Integrity, Teamwork with Respect for Individuals, Community and Environmental Responsibility, Customer Commitment, Safety and Excellence and Accountability.” Constellation Energy can be split into three main sections: Merchant Energy, Regulated Electric, and Regulated Gas. Currently, the company is North America’s number one energy supplier in competitive markets, as well as being the largest wholesale power provider.
