Con Edison: Future Projects
Con Edison is seeking improvements in its services and products at all times. For example, the company is “engaged in a long-term, multibillion-dollar program to enhance and improve its electric, gas, and steam transmission and distribution systems.” This is needed so that Con Edison can meet new demands that emerge due to the escalation in housing, office equipment, and air conditioning. The company is also looking for additional ways to protect the environment while improving energy efficiency. It is focused on how best to serve its clients’ future energy needs while simultaneously encouraging them to “go green.”
